Swimathon 2012 on November 3

Nonsuch Rotary’s annual Swimathon will be held on Saturday 3rd November 2012 at Epsom College , who have again offered the use of its superb 25 metre pool on the Epsom College Campus in College Road Epsom. (Follow the Epsom College link above for directions).
Our Swimathon helps local organisations and charities to raise funds for their own purposes as well as supporting many Rotary charities. We have aways been well supported by local schools such as Rosebery School in Epsom and Nonsuch High School in Cheam and many teams from other venues but any local group/company interested in raising funds for charity or their own Club is welcome to enter one or more teams.

- The idea is simple. Teams collect sponsorship from friends, relatives and supporters for a 30 minute sponsored swim. The proceeds from sponsorship are split 50/50 between the teams choice and many Rotary Charities.
- Nonsuch Rotary, under the leadership of Colin Kennedy, who is the event organiser provide all the documentation including sponsorship and disclaimer forms, directions to Epsom College swimming pool and a certificate upon completion of the swim. Free refreshments are available to the swimmers following their swim.
